Information you give us directly

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, and phone number when you fill out our contact form, book a call, or message us.

  • Account information when you subscribe to a plan, such as your name, email, and company name. We do not collect or store your payment card details — payments are handled directly by Stripe (see "Payment information" below).

  • Project information you share with us, including briefs, brand guidelines, files, feedback, and any content you send through Slack or email while we work together.

Information collected automatically

Our website is built and hosted on Framer. When you visit, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and general usage data. This may be gathered through cookies and similar technologies used by our site and hosting platform. See the Cookies section below for more detail.

Payment information

We do not collect, process, or store your payment details. All payments are handled through secure payment links provided by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you pay, your card and billing information is entered directly into Stripe's secure environment — it never passes through or is stored on our systems. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our design services.

  • Communicate with you about your requests, projects, and account.

  • Process payments and manage your subscription.

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

  • Send you service-related updates and, where relevant, occasional updates about our work (you can opt out of marketing messages at any time).

  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of our website.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We never have and we never will.

We only share information in these limited situations:

  • Service providers. We work with trusted third parties who help us run our business — for example, our payment processor (Stripe), communication tools (such as Slack), and our website host (Framer). These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function.

  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

  • Business transfers. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you of any such change.

4. Confidentiality of client work

We treat your project details, files, and communications as confidential during and after our collaboration. We do not share your private business information with anyone outside our team without your permission.

If you'd like a formal confidentiality arrangement, we're happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Please see our Terms of Service for how we handle displaying completed work in our portfolio, and how to opt out.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, some of which are set by our hosting platform, Framer, and any analytics or embedded services we use. Cookies help the site function properly, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that turning off certain cookies may affect how parts of the website work.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

If you cancel your subscription, we can provide you with your final files and, on request, remove your personal data from our active systems, subject to any records we're legally required to keep.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information.

  • Request deletion of your information.

  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws (such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hey@infinitedesign.co and we'll respond within the timeframe required by law.

9. International data transfers

We are a global team and work with clients around the world. Your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information is handled in line with applicable data protection laws.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (such as our social media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
