Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and design services provided by Infinite Network Solutions, operating as "Infinite Design" ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to a plan, submitting a request, or otherwise using our services, you ("you," "the client") agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Our services
Infinite Design is a subscription-based design studio. Depending on your plan, we provide services that may include brand identity, web design, pitch decks, email design, ad creative, and other visual design work.
Requests are submitted through the communication channel we set up with you (typically Slack). We work on requests according to your plan's capacity and aim to deliver a first draft within our stated turnaround times. You may request revisions until the deliverable meets your needs, subject to these Terms.
2. Subscriptions, plans, and billing
We offer subscription plans (for example, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise), each with its own price, request capacity, and features as described on our website at the time you subscribe.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan you choose) through secure payment links provided by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your payment details — your card and billing information is entered directly into Stripe's secure environment.
By subscribing and completing payment through Stripe, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you pause or cancel.
Prices are stated on our website and may change over time. Any price change will not affect your current billing cycle and will be communicated in advance.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current with Stripe. If a payment fails, we may pause work until the issue is resolved.
3. Pausing and cancellation
Pause. You can pause your subscription at any time. When paused, billing stops and your queue and progress are saved for when you resume.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. When you cancel, you retain access to the service through the end of your current billing period, after which billing stops.

4. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you cancel very early in a project — before substantial work has begun — we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund based on the stage of the work.

5. Design requests, revisions, and turnaround
Requests are handled based on your plan's capacity (for example, one or two active requests at a time). Additional requests remain in your queue and are worked on as capacity frees up.
We aim to deliver a first draft within the turnaround time listed for your plan (for example, an average of 48 hours). Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees. Simpler updates may be faster; larger or more complex projects may take longer. We'll communicate realistic timelines where a request falls outside the typical range.
Revisions are provided as described in your plan. Timely, clear, and consolidated feedback helps us deliver faster and get to the result you want.
6. Your responsibilities
To help us do our best work, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, briefs, brand assets, and feedback.
Ensure you have the rights to any content, logos, fonts, images, or other materials you provide to us for use in your project.
Use our services lawfully and not request work that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.
Delays in providing feedback or materials may affect delivery timelines.
7. Intellectual property and ownership
Upon full payment for the relevant billing period, you own the final design deliverables we create specifically for you.
We may retain ownership of, and reuse, our own underlying tools, techniques, know-how, templates, and pre-existing materials used to create your deliverables.
Any third-party assets (such as licensed fonts, stock images, or software) remain subject to their own licenses. You are responsible for maintaining any licenses required for continued use of such assets.
You are responsible for ensuring that materials you provide to us do not infringe the rights of any third party.
8. Portfolio and promotional use
We may display work we create for you in our portfolio, on our website, on social media, and in other promotional materials.
If you'd prefer that we keep your project private and not publish it, just let us know and we'll honor that request. We're also happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to formalize confidentiality around your project.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your business information, files, and communications as confidential and take care to protect them during and after our collaboration. Where you'd like additional protection, we're happy to enter into a mutual NDA.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to create or request content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to decline or stop work on any request that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
11. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work hard to deliver high-quality design, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific business result (such as increased sales, funding, or conversions) will be achieved. Any outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Network Solutions and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Network Solutions and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your provision of materials that infringe the rights of a third party.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you materially breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or use our services unlawfully. On termination, we'll provide your final paid-for deliverables and files. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
